The recessed duplex outlet provides a solution for flush mounting installation of flat screen TVs, A/V equipment, artwork, or entertainment consoles. The duplex receptacle comes pre-attached to a white decorator wall plate. This outlet receptacle fits in a standard 1-gang electrical box. The users can run such outlet behind the TV wall mount so there are no cables dangling down.
This was easy to mount even in a standard-depth old work box. It was very easy to install and worked very well. We highly recommend this to anyone trying to find a way to keep the cord tangle to a minimum.
